Certified Passive House Designer
BSc, BArch, ANZIA Registered Architect
Siân has been an architect in the Queenstown region since 2005 coming directly from one of the UK’s largest architecture companies where Siân was a lead architect on the Sustainable Education team. Like the majority of local architects, Siân began her Queenstown career at John Blair Architects. She had 4 years as project architect for John on a number of local houses before moving to Warren and Mahoney Architects to take up the role of project architect and the W&M local sustainability specialist in 2009.
In 2012 Siân joined Green Being to diversify their established brand of sustainability & Passive House consultants into architecture. The dream of offering a better solution for people was clearly in demand, as the architecture sector became the fastest growing division of Green Being.
In March 2013 Siân, Mark and the architecture team split from Green Being to establish Team Green Architects.
Siân is driven to see a thought change in New Zealand, by continually improving building standards through leadership and education on how to “live better”.
