Energy Efficiency Explained

What is Energy Efficiency?

People often think an energy efficiency in architecture involves numerous solar panels or other renewables on an inefficient building. Or making sure you have a minimal power bill by turning off all the heating and putting on another jersey.....

This isn't energy efficiency.

A better definition of energy efficiency is:

  1. GETTING BETTER PERFORMANCE WITH THE SAME ENERGY
  2. GETTING THE SAME PERFORMANCE WITH LESS ENERGY
  3. Or the ultimate: GETTING BETTER PERFORMANCE WITH LESS ENERGY

No. 3 is what Team Green Architects are aiming for: comfortable living with cheaper running costs. Click here to see specifically how this can affect you by downloading: “The Comfort Equation”

Energy Efficiency also means achieving the Triple Bottom Line:

  1. Its better for you
  2. Better for your bills
  3. Better for the Environment.
